Matted & Knotty Dogs

Brushing out a matted or knotty dog takes a great deal of extra time. For this reason there may be an extra 25% surchage to brush out a matted or knotty dog.

Brushing out very matted or knotty dogs can be very distressing for the dog. If a dog is too matted or knotty for our groomers to brush out we may recomend to you that the dog is shaved instead. If you have any concerns about this, please speak with the groomers when you come to the salon.

Behavioural Issues

Our experienced team of groomers at Fluffy and Knuckles are able to groom dogs that other salons cannot. However the extra time that must be taken to groom a dog with behavioural issues may mean that we have to charge an extra surcharge. If this is a concern for you, please discuss this with the groomers when dropping your dog off & we will give you an approximate quote.

Late Pick Up

Dogs that are left at the salon after closing time will incur a 75¢ per minute fee.
